Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Process Management and Data Analyst, Lending Associate TH. We believe a successful candidate has passion to lift up good financial-being of people and micro-entrepreneur. You will need to understand financial products and work closely with all stakeholders both internal and external. For internal, it will involve the country team such as Commercial, Credit Risk, Collection, Mobility, and Food team and regional teams such as Product and Data team. For external, it will be both our partners and banking partners. You will report to Head, Product & Process Improvement - Lending and working on site in Bangkok office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Serve the financial needs of our partners (driver/merchant) and users – bringing the best product through our digital platform by data analytic.
- Work closely with the Regional Data and Product team regarding system improvement and new financial products launch (if any).
- Work closely with TH GrabFin team to achieve monthly targets.
- Be able to run data analysis to identify gaps in end-to-end lending process improvement opportunities.
- Design and Develop end-to-end lending process and presentation deck in meetings with regional and business partners.
- Support Credit Risk regarding to data analysis and data validation.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Min. 1 years project management or operations excellence roles having retail lending
- Good communication both Thai and English
- Experience in Data analyst with using tool SQL and Python.
- Experience transforming complicated data and provide solutions to management.
- Work independent and prioritize.
