As a Analyst in the Cash Equities Operations team, you will be responsible for daily processing, making payment as well as reporting. You will need to work with various internal as well as external parties to ensure smooth processing.
Job responsibilities

  • Process derivative product daily operational works.
  • Monitor and verify daily processing for position close out, position transfer, client money reconciliation, margin reconciliation and co-ordinate with hub to ensure transaction are complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate and monitor HUB processing on all related processes
  • Investigate and response to query/cases regarding to daily processes
  • Check, verify and sign off all documents and transactions
  • Ensure regulatory report submission are correct and within stipulated timeline. Co-ordinate with the various departments to ensure that processing and reporting procedures are in compliance with local regulations
  • Respond and reply any inquiries from others, both internal and external on transactions related to the department.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Detail-oriented
  • Good Command of written and spoken English is required
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders, multitask and work under time pressure
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Knowledge in derivative products is preferred
  • PC skills and able to use advance excel function is preferred
