Join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Team as a Legal Project Manager located in our Warsaw Center of Excellence office (remote).
This role reports to the Director of Enterprise Project Management Office and requires availability to work in the afternoons (3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Define project objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and success metrics in partnership with sponsors
Develop project charters, detailed workplans, and delivery roadmaps
Lead geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes
Execute projects across multiple delivery models, including Agile, hybrid, and traditional frameworks
Lead coordinated delivery across testing, deployment, and adoption readiness
Stakeholder Management

Partner with client legal operations teams to align on metrics, reporting, and delivery expectations

Extensive experience managing full project lifecycle (initiation through closeout)
Strong understanding of law firm economics, including utilization, realization, leverage, and pricing dynamics
Experience supporting profitable matter delivery, balancing client expectations with financial performance
Proven ability to translate complex legal and business challenges into actionable strategies
Expertise in applying AI, automation, and technology to legal workflows
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret legal, financial, and operational data
Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-project portfolios in fast-paced environments

Education & Prior Experience
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience (law firm or consulting experience preferred)
PMP certification required

Experience working within a PMO environment
Paralegal or legal background considered a plus
Technology
Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Proficiency with AI tools and their application within legal and professional services environments
Understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and automation use cases
