What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the internal legal expert—particularly on plaintiff-side or personal injury workflows—and translate that into actionable product and go-to-market insights
- Partner with Product and Design to shape features based on real-world legal use cases
- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to refine enablement and messaging, ensuring product value is clear to legal buyers
- Support onboarding and deployment for high-complexity clients as needed
- Contribute to legal education content, positioning, and thought leadership
- Help define best practices and workflow templates across case types
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in legal tech at a personal injury law firm
- Strong understanding of legal case lifecycles and legal tools (e.g., case management, claims, litigation automation
- Genuine passion about technology and AI adoption in the legal profession
- Ability to translate legal workflows into product insights or technical feedback
- Excellent communication with legal and non-legal audiences

We are located at a beautiful office on 3rd Ave in the heart of San Mateo and 2 blocks from Caltrain. Some of our teams are remote while others have a hybrid model of coming into the office 3 days/week and remote 2 days/week.
