About you
Hibob is excited to expand its rapidly growing legal department with a new team member! As we continue to scale, we are seeking for a Legal Operations professional to join our global team enhancing the efficiency, productivity, and strategic effectiveness of the legal department. You will work closely with the legal team & various company stakeholders to streamline processes, manage resources, implement technology solutions, and improve operational efficiencies within the department. This role requires a combination of legal knowledge, operational expertise, and project management skills. If you are a highly motivated, organized, proactive, independent, self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative environment, Hibob is where you want to be!
Job Requirements
- Law degree from a top academic institute
- Certified Lawyer with an active bar membership
- 7+ years of relevant legal experience as a tech lawyer in a legal department of a high-tech company or in the commercial/high-tech department of a major law firm
- Strong understanding of legal processes, technology, and best practices in operational management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities, while balancing legal and business concerns
- Exceptionally strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and days
- Ability to work effectively remotely
- Excellent English
