We seek a highly skilled and motivated Frontend Infrastructure Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our front-end systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical expertise, particularly in TypeScript and web frontend development, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Job Requirements
* 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong front-end background.
* 3+ years of experience as a team leader, preferably in dynamic, fast-paced companies.
* Proficiency in modern web development practices, including component-based architecture, state management, and responsive design.
* Familiarity with Angular or similar frameworks.
* Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
* Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
* Strong decision-making skills with a focus on collaboration and team alignment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Experience in frontend infrastructure projects, such as building design systems, component libraries, or frontend build pipelines.
