What will you do:- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders and identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks related to business activities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure the company's business activities comply with applicable legal requirements.
- Manage and maintain corporate legal matters, governance practices, and required corporate documentation.
- Support in handling legal dispute, claims, and other legal matters, including coordinating with external counsel when required
- Provide legal support for business initiatives, partnerships, and strategic projects.
- Monitor the implementation and update the legal policies, SOPs, and templates.
- Maintaining legal records.
- Coordinate the legal team and work closely with internal stakeholders and external legal partners to ensure effective delivery of legal support.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Experienced in providing legal advice and identifying legal risks.
- Experienced in preparing and submiting LKPM quarterly reports
- Experienced in operating OSS and managing licenses via OSS.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate, commercial, contract, employment, and regulatory laws.
- Knowledge of data protection, IPR, and ITE law.
- Experienced in handling legal disputes and coordinating with external legal counsel.
- Experienced in legal research, compliance monitoring, and legal documentation.
- Experience in leading or coordinating a legal team is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to provide practical and business-oriented legal solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity and professional judgment.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
