Build and deploy human behavior simulation models using survey and interview data, LLMs, and machine learning. Rapidly prototype modeling, prompting, fine-tuning, and evaluation approaches while advancing research into behavioral fidelity, bias, failure modes, and extrapolation. Work directly with enterprise clients in Singapore to deliver tailored solutions, then hire and lead the team scaling the Singapore practice.

Lead Populix’s commercial expansion in Singapore by originating and closing B2B research and consulting opportunities, developing anchor clients, managing senior relationships, and building the company’s brand and market presence. The role owns go-to-market strategy, partnerships, pipeline development, sales negotiations, and collaboration with Indonesia-based research, product, technology, and operations teams to deliver suitable client solutions.

Originate, develop, and close B2B business opportunities in Singapore. Own the sales pipeline and complete sales processes from prospecting through negotiation, closing, and delivery handover. Build relationships with marketing, insights, strategy, and commercial stakeholders; develop research proposals with regional teams; establish referral partnerships; and increase Populix’s visibility through events, thought leadership, and client initiatives.

Identify and generate leads, cold-call prospects, research contacts, arrange and run client meetings, prepare proposals/quotes, advise clients on services, grow and maintain client relationships, increase account value, and communicate new product developments to prospective clients.

Support market research projects by designing and setting up studies, monitoring fieldwork, validating methodology and data, assisting managers with analysis and presentations, and coordinating with team members to deliver client insights.
