Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join our dynamic legal team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a law student in their junior or senior year to gain hands-on experience in a global logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research on regulatory and compliance matters
- Support the team in preparing documentation for ongoing legal cases
- Help with internal investigations and risk assessments
- Participate in meetings with internal departments and external partners
- Perform other duties as assigned by the legal team
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program and in your junior or senior year
- Strong academic record and legal research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in corporate, logistics, or international law is a plus
