Who You Are
We are seeking a motivated undergrad to join our Legal team this summer. The role will focus on supporting the team’s optimization of AI-enabled legal tools and improving organization and accessibility of legal data and documents.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Legal team in maximizing the use of AI-powered tools, including contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems (e.g., Luminance)
Organize and standardize digital files and records, including bulk file renaming and folder structuring within Box
Assist with data entry, tagging, and metadata management within legal systems
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and operational workflows
Provide general research support to the Legal team as needed
Support basic contract review workflows by helping categorize agreements, flag key terms (e.g., termination provisions), and ensure consistency across templates
Assist in maintaining contract playbooks, clause libraries, and standardized templates
Qualifications
Current undergraduate student (rising junior, or senior preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
No prior legal experience required
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and digital tools
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Positive can-do attitude and a sense of humor
Preferred (Not Required)
Exposure to legal environments, contract management systems, or document management tools
Interest in the law, process improvement, AI tool automation or data organization
