Owns Product Operations across Product, GTM, and Revenue Operations. Responsibilities include product usage analytics, dashboards, ARR and performance reporting, Pendo administration, data governance, roadmap ROI tracking, product revenue targets, feedback prioritization, GTM readiness, cross-functional processes, JIRA and GTM systems alignment, and client commitment tracking. The role serves as a strategic partner to Product leadership and builds the function’s processes and infrastructure from scratch.

Leads Ontic’s European commercial expansion by developing the regional go-to-market strategy, securing strategic enterprise software customers, forecasting revenue, building operational infrastructure, and establishing the company’s brand and partnerships. The role collaborates across Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations while building and mentoring a high-performing regional sales team. Extensive travel across Europe is expected.

Build and ship tested full-stack features across frontend and backend systems with guidance from senior engineers. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile environment; write clean code, participate in reviews, debug issues, contribute to technical discussions, and learn Ontic’s technology stack and security-focused domain.

Provides organization-wide technical leadership across full-stack systems. Defines architecture and engineering strategy, solves complex cross-system problems, drives performance, scalability, security, and lifecycle health, and mentors engineers. Requires deep backend expertise with Java and distributed data systems, plus expert frontend skills in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and modern tooling. Partners with engineering and product leaders on high-impact initiatives in a FedRAMP environment.

Manage a portfolio of high-value strategic enterprise accounts post-sale, driving adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Act as a trusted advisor to executives, lead success planning and business reviews, influence product and service roadmaps, and scale internal CS processes and tools to improve client outcomes and retention.

Lead frontend architecture and shared platform efforts across product teams. Define scalable component patterns, drive adoption of shared UI frameworks, improve performance, observability, developer experience, and mentor senior engineers while influencing cross-team technical direction.

Lead and scale enterprise sales across the Central U.S., owning regional revenue, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and team coaching. Drive new logo acquisition and expansion, engage in strategic deals, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the company with executives and partners.

Lead the integrations product roadmap to build scalable, monetizable API-first and low/no-code offerings. Define API contracts, canonical data models, and integration standards; partner with architects and engineering; improve developer experience, packaging, and GTM alignment; benchmark competitors; prioritize AI-enabled automation; track success metrics; and act as the customer voice to drive adoption and platform scalability.

Lead frontend development for a SaaS platform using React and TypeScript. Design scalable UI architecture, deliver end-to-end features, improve performance, testing, and accessibility, collaborate with product/design/backend, mentor junior engineers, and own production debugging and observability.

Serve as the primary client-facing technical support liaison for Ontics SaaS platform: manage helpdesk tickets end-to-end, resolve technical issues, create and maintain support documentation and knowledge portal, report on support metrics and SLAs, and collaborate with Client Success, Product, and Development teams to improve product and client experience.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Implement high-performance data-processing systems, design APIs and data models, work with Elasticsearch and MongoDB, troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, and own features through design, deployment, and support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead frontend architecture and shared platform efforts across product teams. Define reusable component libraries, standards, and tooling to improve consistency, performance, and developer experience. Mentor engineers, run architecture reviews, reduce duplicated effort, and drive frontend modernization and scalability for a large-scale SaaS platform.

Act as the primary product representative for engineering teams: translate roadmap into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, manage and prioritize the backlog, run refinement and sprint planning, collaborate with UX/QA/Engineering, mitigate delivery risks, support UAT and release readiness, and continuously improve backlog quality and delivery processes.
