Own day-to-day operations of Ontic’s Pune office, including vendors, facilities, security coordination, expenses, events, employee support, interviews, onboarding, and workplace experience. The role supervises office support staff, coordinates with internal teams and local providers, manages office services and budgets, and ensures a safe, welcoming, well-organized workplace. This is an onsite position requiring attendance at the Pune office five days per week.

Leads Revenue Operations across Sales, Marketing, SDR, and Enablement functions. Partners with the CRO on revenue planning, forecasting, territory design, quota setting, pipeline health, executive reporting, and operational cadence. Owns revenue technology, data governance, funnel processes, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional alignment. Builds and manages a multifunctional operations team while improving sales productivity, enablement, forecast accuracy, and scalable go-to-market processes.

Owns Product Operations across Product, GTM, and Revenue Operations. Responsibilities include product usage analytics, dashboards, ARR and performance reporting, Pendo administration, data governance, roadmap ROI tracking, product revenue targets, feedback prioritization, GTM readiness, cross-functional processes, JIRA and GTM systems alignment, and client commitment tracking. The role serves as a strategic partner to Product leadership and builds the function’s processes and infrastructure from scratch.

Senior QA Engineer responsible for manual and automated testing across front-end, API, integration, and FedRAMP environments. Owns quality from requirements through production readiness, including risk-based test planning, regression coverage, automation, defect management, release communication, and CI/CD support. Collaborates with product and engineering teams, identifies testability risks, reviews other engineers’ work, and mentors junior QA staff.

Drive enterprise SaaS sales across an assigned territory, from prospecting and qualification through discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and contract closure. Build and manage Fortune 1000 opportunities, maintain pipeline forecasts in Salesforce, exceed revenue quotas, present ROI-focused solutions to executives, and develop trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer value realization and retention while serving as a corporate security software expert.

Lead the integrations product roadmap to build scalable, monetizable API-first and low/no-code offerings. Define API contracts, canonical data models, and integration standards; partner with architects and engineering; improve developer experience, packaging, and GTM alignment; benchmark competitors; prioritize AI-enabled automation; track success metrics; and act as the customer voice to drive adoption and platform scalability.

Provides hands-on, on-site IT support for Ontic’s Pune office launch and ongoing operations. Responsibilities include deploying and troubleshooting network infrastructure, supporting macOS and Windows endpoints, administering Jamf and Intune, coordinating vendors and office buildouts, maintaining physical security systems and compliance evidence, supporting conference rooms, and managing IT asset inventory. The role requires strong networking, endpoint administration, documentation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Architects and operates secure, scalable Kubernetes platforms across AWS and AWS GovCloud, including FedRAMP environments. Leads DevSecOps, zero-trust security, Terraform and GitOps automation, observability, reliability engineering, disaster recovery, AI-enabled operations, and FinOps governance. Designs multi-tenant and dedicated deployments, improves scalability and performance, establishes SLOs, and ensures compliance. Provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, and partners with Security and Engineering on platform strategy.

Leads a team of 5–6 product designers, managing work allocation, design delivery, engineering and product partnerships, team health, process improvement, and design operations. Provides coaching, career development, performance reviews, hiring, capacity planning, and blocker resolution. The role also establishes standards for AI use in design and may contribute hands-on design work as needed.

Leads the frontend engineering function, overseeing technical strategy, architecture, delivery, quality, developer experience, and people development across multiple teams. The role guides React and TypeScript architecture, establishes standards for performance, accessibility, security, testing, and reliability, manages execution and dependencies, coaches technical leaders, and partners with Product, Design, Platform, and Security leadership to align frontend investments with business priorities.

Partner cross-functionally to embed analytics into workflows and ensure scalable, secure architecture.

Design, build, and deploy scalable full stack features across backend and frontend systems. Lead technical design discussions, make architectural decisions, collaborate with product and engineering teams, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, resolve performance and scalability issues, address security concerns, support deployments, and help prioritize technical debt.

Build and ship tested full-stack features across frontend and backend systems with guidance from senior engineers. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile environment; write clean code, participate in reviews, debug issues, contribute to technical discussions, and learn Ontic’s technology stack and security-focused domain.

Provides organization-wide technical leadership across full-stack systems. Defines architecture and engineering strategy, solves complex cross-system problems, drives performance, scalability, security, and lifecycle health, and mentors engineers. Requires deep backend expertise with Java and distributed data systems, plus expert frontend skills in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and modern tooling. Partners with engineering and product leaders on high-impact initiatives in a FedRAMP environment.

Manage a portfolio of high-value strategic enterprise accounts post-sale, driving adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Act as a trusted advisor to executives, lead success planning and business reviews, influence product and service roadmaps, and scale internal CS processes and tools to improve client outcomes and retention.

Lead frontend architecture and shared platform efforts across product teams. Define scalable component patterns, drive adoption of shared UI frameworks, improve performance, observability, developer experience, and mentor senior engineers while influencing cross-team technical direction.
