As a Legal Intern, you will do a variety of assignments to where you can show your passion while understanding the scope of the work we do. You will love being a Legal intern on a meaningful, hands-on environment that requires a sound base of knowledge and outstanding analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Legal Intern, you will:
- Assist in the drafting and reviewing of contracts.
- Provide support for internal and external legal inquiries.
- Review and analyze advertising and marketing matters to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate on corporate matters and the implementation of internal controls.
- Participate in legal and administrative project management as needed.

We are looking for a student who:
- Is an active undergraduate Law student with 12-24 months left to graduate.
- Strong skills in leadership, and excellent in communication.
- Express willingness to learn, take initiative and show flexibility
- Have intermediate English Skills (B2 or above)
Hard Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Teams.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate strong discipline in self-organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment
- Is comfortable collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds and experiences.
- Shows strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional.
