Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
About the roleWe are hiring a Legal Engineering Operations Associate to join the Global Legal Engineering Operations family in Stockholm, based in the office five days per week. You will report to the Global Legal Engineering Operations Lead and work with the Head of Legal Engineering EMEA as your clear primary regional stakeholder and executive sponsor.
Legal Engineering EMEA is scaling quickly across markets, offices and customer segments. This role will help run the system around that growth. You will turn data, meetings and loosely defined problems into clear recommendations, reliable operating routines and finished projects.
This is an early-career role with unusual exposure to the commercial, organisational and people decisions involved in scaling an international function. The Head of Legal Engineering EMEA will set the regional operating agenda and commission the most important regional work. You will work closely with that leader and the wider leadership team, but the value of the role comes from doing the operating work well: finding the signal, creating structure, maintaining momentum and making sure decisions turn into action.
What you will doRun the preparation and follow-through for key LE EMEA leadership forums.
Build weekly and monthly reporting across commercial performance, usage, capacity, hiring and team growth.
Analyse data and write concise recommendations for decisions.
Drive selected cross-functional projects from brief to finished output.
Maintain clear action, decision and risk logs.
Improve recurring processes through better templates, tooling and automation.
Prepare briefings and first drafts for the Head of LE EMEA.
Coordinate light logistics for selected meetings, offsites and projects.
You have 0–3 years of relevant experience, or an exceptional graduate record with strong applied evidence.
You are analytically strong and comfortable working in spreadsheets.
You write clearly and can reduce a messy topic to one useful page.
You take ownership of follow-through and do not wait to be reminded.
You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and challenging unclear assumptions respectfully.
You handle sensitive information with sound judgment.
You use AI and modern tools to work faster, while remaining accountable for accuracy.
You enjoy detailed execution as much as strategic questions.
You want to learn how a fast-scaling international function is actually built and run.
Close operating apprenticeship alongside the Head of Legal Engineering EMEA, with professional development and shared standards from the Global LE Operations family.
Exposure to commercial strategy, organisational design, people systems, operating models and cross-functional execution.
Real ownership early, with scope increasing as judgment and reliability are proven.
A credible path toward strategy and operations, programme leadership, functional operations or a later chief-of-staff track.
