Job Description
We are seeking a full-time in-house Legal Counsel to join our team. You will become an integral part of a dynamic team in a successful global, publicly traded cybersecurity company. You will play a key role in our Technology & Privacy legal team, while collaborating with other members of the legal team, and report to CyberArk’s Managing Counsel.
- Draft and review technology-oriented commercial agreements
- Lead negotiations with a wide range of vendors and service providers
- Provide legal advice to, and build internal client relationships with, our IT and Procurement organizations and other stakeholders across the business
- Participate in the company’s procurement process corporate initiative
- Support our company-wide Productivity AI strategy

Qualifications
- LLB degree or foreign equivalent, member of the Israeli Bar
- Mother-tongue level English (written and spoken)
- 3-5 years of experience practicing commercial/technology/intellectual property law in a leading law firm or a technology company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, critical and pragmatic thinking – strong interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically and establish a “trusted advisor” relationship with clients, while accurately analyzing risks and providing excellent legal advice
- Consistent delivery on commitments – great organizational skills, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
