Key Responsibilities- Offer comprehensive legal support across various business functions, including contract law, corporate governance, and compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate all legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations and project developments.
- Represent the company in legal negotiations, mediations, and conflict resolutions.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary to ensure comprehensive legal support.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a legal education along with formal training in diverse areas of law.
- 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in real estate and corporate law.
