Provides legal guidance across contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and real estate projects. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates legal documents; identifies and mitigates legal risks; represents the company in negotiations and disputes; conducts legal research; advises stakeholders; and coordinates with external counsel. Requires knowledge of Saudi Arabian law, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff by greeting guests, answering calls, managing inquiries, and monitoring access. Provides administrative support through scheduling, filing, data entry, document preparation, mail distribution, office supply management, event coordination, and catering arrangements. Maintains an organized reception area and collaborates with colleagues to support efficient office operations.

Lead Odoo development and the broader IT function by designing ERP solutions, customizing modules, troubleshooting business applications, coordinating cross-functional technology projects, and managing IT teams and external vendors. The role partners with business stakeholders to align systems with operational needs, improve efficiency, and support future growth.
