Job Description

1. Global Alignment

  • Maintain regular communication and collaboration with GE Global leadership development team. Fully understand global standards, project requirements and annual priorities for leadership development. Ensure regional work and project schedules are aligned with global frameworks.
  • Timely update global team on regional progress, operational challenges and local business needs, and provide practical feedback from on-site execution.

2. Regional Leadership Plan Implementation

  • Follow the global leadership competency framework, support the development and delivery of localized leadership development plans and annual training schedules based on local business and management demands.
  • Be responsible for management development within assigned region, business line or function, and help improve overall management capabilities and team performance.

3. Leadership Program Delivery & Optimization

  • Participate in the design, delivery and continuous improvement of leadership training programs for managers at all levels. Deliver training activities focusing on management skills, teamwork and behavioral improvement suitable for local teams.
  • Manage the full execution of management training programs for all levels, including schedule arrangement, resource coordination, on-site facilitation and post-project review. Summarize standard working methods and share replicable experience internally.

4. Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the establishment of training evaluation mechanism. Collect feedback from participants and conduct regular reviews to identify existing issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Optimize training content and delivery approaches accordingly to steadily improve training effectiveness and execution quality.

5. Cross-team Collaboration & Internal Support

  • Work closely with business leaders and HRBPs to collect training demands and ensure smooth delivery of leadership initiatives.
  • Communicate training objectives and requirements clearly to build alignment within the organization. Share working experience with junior colleagues and support team capability building.

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.

2. Solid working experience in HR, with practical experience in leadership development and management training.

3. Familiar with basic leadership development systems of multinational companies, adult learning theories and standard training operations.

4. Capable of executing training plans, coordinating on-site activities and conducting project reviews; able to independently deliver regular leadership training programs.

5. Good bilingual proficiency for daily communication, alignment and reporting with global headquarters.

6. Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills, practical problem-solving ability and result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Working experience in healthcare, medical device or life science industry is preferred.

2. Experience in delivering leadership programs for large foreign enterprises is preferred.

3. Familiar with GE working processes and corporate culture is preferred.
