About our opportunity
This role is responsible for managing the financial, cost allocation, and reporting processes that support the successful delivery of Talent & Development (T&D) programs across multiple countries and cost centers. The position ensures accurate tracking of training costs, cost reallocation, intercompany charging, financial compliance, and transparency of Cost vs. Income performance, while supporting operational excellence in program delivery. The role works closely with Talent and Development delivery teams, Finance, and global stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, governance compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management for T&D Programs• Prepare financial reports based on training attendance, delivery costs, and revenue allocation.• Monitor and communicate Cost vs. Income status for Talent & Development programs.• Perform reconciliation reporting and manage cost reallocation across multiple cost centers.• Prepare financial documentation for intercompany charging and cost redistribution.• Maintain cost and budget dashboards for Learning & Development programs.• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) aligned with program requirements and financial policies.• Create and manage intercompany time reporting structures related to program delivery.
Data & Operational Support• Manage and maintain employee training data to ensure financial and operational accuracy.• Ensure alignment between training attendance records and financial reporting.• Support accurate tracking of program participation for cost charging purposes.• Ensure compliance with Ericsson Tax and Finance instructions in all program-related transactions.
Stakeholder & Cost Center Management• Manage a global network of cost centers across multiple countries.• Work with internal stakeholders to improve execution speed and cost acknowledgment timelines.• Provide financial visibility and status updates to program managers and stakeholders.• Communicate process updates and financial changes to internal teams and partners.
Process Governance & Improvement• Propose and implement improvements in financial processes and working tools.• Ensure compliance with organizational ethics and financial governance standards.• Drive simplification and standardization within T&D financial workflows.
Job Requirements
Professional & Technical Skills• Exposure to Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.• Strong Excel skills (data reconciliation, pivot tables, financial tracking).• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.• Good data management and financial analysis capability.• Basic SAP knowledge is an advantage.
