The Opportunity: Learning and Development Manager
Position type: Full time, remote
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning and Development Manager to join our Global Talent team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the hands-on design, development, delivery and analysis of our Leadership Development Programmes at Iron Mountain to enhance leadership capabilities and drive performance across the organization.
This position is part of a collaborative global team of Learning and Development Managers who share consistent foundational expectations while holding distinct areas of individual accountability to ensure focus, excellence, and cross-functional operational support.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Program Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of leadership development initiatives from initial planning and design through execution, operational tracking, and data-driven evaluation.
Instructional Design: Conduct organizational needs assessments and produce engaging, high-quality learning content and resources that address the real-world tasks and strategic priorities of company leaders.
Training Facilitation: Lead interactive training sessions tailored to a global, diverse workforce, ensuring high engagement, inclusivity, and knowledge retention across cultures and regions.
Learning Enablement: Partner with organizational leaders to embed development best practices into daily workflows, fostering a growth mindset and a sustainable culture of continuous learning.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business leaders and Subject Matter Experts to align all training initiatives with evolving corporate objectives and stakeholder needs.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Significant experience in Learning and Development, with a demonstrated track record in modern training design, interactive facilitation, and end-to-end program management.
Strong knowledge of leadership development frameworks, adult learning theories, and contemporary instructional design methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in digital collaboration tools, specifically Google Suite (including Slides, Sheets, and Gmail functionality) and the Articulate 360 suite.
Exceptional project management skills, featuring an agile, highly organized, and solution-focused approach to hands-on operational delivery in fast-paced environments.
A global mindset, with the communication clarity and interpersonal skills necessary to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Preferred).
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Association for Talent Development (ATD) certification (Preferred).
