We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and administration of employee training and development programs. This role will help ensure employees receive required operational, safety, compliance, and professional development training while maintaining accurate training records and supporting a strong learning culture.
The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, collaborative, and comfortable coordinating multiple training initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, webinars, and development programs across various departments.
- Manage training schedules, calendars, registrations, materials, facilities, and other logistical requirements.
- Maintain accurate attendance, completion, certification, and compliance records.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including training materials, courses, assessments, and user access.
- Coordinate new-hire orientation and onboarding training in partnership with HR and department leaders.
- Support mandatory safety, compliance, and operational training programs and track completion requirements.
- Prepare training reports and monitor key metrics such as participation, completion, compliance, and training hours.
- Work with managers and external training providers to coordinate learning initiatives and address training needs.
- Gather participant feedback and assist with evaluating training effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support leadership development, workforce development, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Ensure training documentation and records remain accurate, current, and accessible.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in Learning and Development, training coordination, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related area
- Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and virtual training platforms
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when maintaining training and compliance records
- Ability to work effectively with employees, managers, HR teams, and external training providers
- Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution
- Experience with HRIS systems, e-learning administration, training reporting, or data analysis
- Certification in Learning and Development, Training, or Human Resources
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
