Chewy is looking for a Learning Architect III, to join our Fulfillment Center (FC) Learning Team! This position will require the ability to translate key process changes into instructing, communication, and reference materials that ensure successful implementation of improvement and change programs network-wide. The ability to deliver results and accelerate time while working independently is vital. The person in this role is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Chewy's brand and strategy and adhere to our Operating Principles and FC standards.
What You'll Do:
- Build optimized learning content and process methods for improving learning content directly related to changes led by the SPI Team.
- Coordinate content design changes with the entire Learning and Development Team and external FC Operations Partners.
- Facilitate and implement content creation and updates from managed process changes.
- Assist with the development and implementation of effective metric and reporting systems.
- Partner with key collaborators to appropriately implement managed content changes across the FC network.
- Create a high-level design document, storyboards, and/or rapid prototyping, and make recommendations on approaches that enhance the quality of the learning experience.
- Facilitate high-level design working sessions as needed with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of the learning solution against the business needs
- Be accountable to the learning vision from creation to deployment.
- Develop and implement training and communication for any change management initiatives and programs.
- Effectively meet project breakthroughs and forecasted completion dates while identifying project risks and issues. Devise contingency plans to mitigate risks. Inform management of accomplishments, plans and deliver project summaries.
- Benchmark standard methodologies and emerging trends to make recommendations continually improving our learning change management systems.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field
- Three (3) years of experience in instructional design
- Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all internal/external partners
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong experience in all Microsoft office products and training technology platforms
- Ability to be flexible to business needs and adjust plans as needed
- Within local commute of a Chewy Fulfillment Center or Corporate Hub
- Position may require travel
The base salary range for this role is $96,000 - $153,000.00.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.

Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
