Responsibilities:- Lead Lean, Kaizen, and process improvement workshops.
- Apply Lean methodologies and tools to identify and eliminate waste.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Coach and train employees and leaders in Lean principles and methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and other Finance processes.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process risks.
- Design and implement standardized and scalable process solutions.
- Ensure best practices are identified, documented, standardized, and replicated across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for AI based process automation and optimization.
- Lead Finance transformation initiatives and projects.
- Support organizational change and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Develop communication and training concepts for improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate alignment between SSC, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.
- Ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in Process Excellence, Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, or related functions.
- Lean Admin certification preferred.
- Experience within Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable process improvements and productivity gains.
- Experience managing cross-functional improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience with process mapping and process optimization.
- Knowledge of Finance processes such as P2P, O2C, and R2R.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization capabilities.
