Responsibilities
Expense management incl invoice handling and travel expense settlement
Travel booking and visa handling, when necessary
Venue booking for meetings/offsites
Calendar and meeting booking support
Leadership Assistance for Visiting Executives
Coordinating and Managing Senior Visitors travel requirements for the site.
Arranging meeting rooms and required facilities and IT support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Confident working with and supporting international stakeholders and leaders
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
Available for a full-time, onsite role
