Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Direct regional teams by unifying technical sales strategies with account planning to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Customer & Market Impact: Engage with CXOs and Directors to design initiatives that showcase the power of Cisco’s technology.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Engineering, CX, Partners, and Marketing to create a seamless, client-focused experience.
  • Coaching & Development: Mentor leaders and individual contributors to foster accountability and consistent quota achievement.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee technical sales activities with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and strategic execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Service Provider architectures and operations.
  • 10+ years of proven supervisory experience in a technical or sales environment.
  • Specific experience managing teams and operations within Latin America.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex sales cycles (1+ years in duration).
  • Deep expertise in aligning technical architectures with specific business outcomes.
  • A strong track record of effective stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
