Meet the Team

Join our engineering team building the next generation of cloud-native cybersecurity solutions that protect organizations at enterprise scale. We develop highly available, distributed systems that leverage modern cloud technologies, AI-driven insights, and advanced analytics to help customers detect, investigate, and respond to security threats faster. As a Software Engineering Technical Lead, you will shape the technical direction of the platform, mentor engineers, and drive architectural excellence while collaborating across engineering, product management, and security teams.

Your Impact

As a Software Engineering Technical Lead, you will:

  • Lead the technical strategy and execution for a key engineering domain, driving a multi-quarter roadmap focused on new capabilities, operational excellence, observability, reliability, and customer experience.

  • Remain hands-on with software development by contributing high-quality code, conducting design and code reviews, and setting engineering best practices.

  • Design and evolve scalable, secure, and resilient distributed systems while ensuring non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, security, availability, and maintainability are built into every solution.

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives, partnering closely with Product Management and engineering teams to prioritize, execute, and continuously improve outcomes.

  • Translate customer feedback, operational insights, and production learnings into platform simplifications that accelerate development and improve customer value.

  • Improve engineering quality by driving automated testing, increasing code coverage, strengthening observability, and enhancing operational readiness.

  • Introduce innovative engineering practices, tools, and AI-powered approaches that improve developer productivity, troubleshooting efficiency, and system reliability.

  • Mentor and develop engineers through technical guidance, architecture reviews, career coaching, and engineering best practices while fostering a culture of technical excellence.

  • Represent the team in architecture reviews and technical forums, influencing engineering direction across multiple teams and organizations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 12+ years of professional software engineering experience building large-scale distributed systems.

  • Strong programming expertise in Python and Go, with experience developing and operating production-grade services.
