- Strong understanding of project management, customer service, and technical knowledge voice core network elements, including NGN, IMS MGW, IMS, SBC, IN, STP & SMSC
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, Tektronix)..
- Experience with VoIP, SIP Trunking, and other IP-based communication systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Project management experience.
- Innovative thinking for analysing customer issues and resolution.

Skills Required
- Over 10 years of experience in the Voice and VAS core domain
- Strong understanding of project management and customer service
- Technical knowledge of NGN, IMS MGW, IMS, SBC, IN, STP, and SMSC voice-core network elements
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark and Tektronix

- PGDM, B.E., or B.Tech in Telecom, Communication, or Instrumentation
