Here's what you'll be doing:

• TRM Implementation: Play a key role in implementing the Bank's TRM policies, guidelines, and methodologies, ensuring our technology landscape remains secure and resilient.
• Risk Oversight: Support senior management in risk oversight and governance through the development and presentation of comprehensive risk profiles, dashboards, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Conduct Risk Assessments:
• Dive deep into technology risk assessments, identifying deviations from TRM policies and facilitating the review and approval process for risk acceptance.
• Support in third party controls and risk assessments.
• Risk Aware Culture:
• Assist in the promotion of a healthy and robust risk awareness culture around the management of technology risks through training and awareness programs
• Incident Response: Play an advisory role to our incident response teams that handle IT and cybersecurity incidents with precision and efficiency, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep a pulse on emerging technologies and industry trends, conducting gap analyses to ensure compliance with new regulations and standards.
• Coordinate Audits: Facilitate internal and external audit assignments, ensuring alignment with established policies and processes.

Here's what you'll need to succeed:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related domains.
• Experience: 7+ years in information security, risk management, audit, or compliance in technology areas with hands-on and practical working experience in cloud technology, technology risk management.
• Knowledge:
• Sound understanding of technology risk regulatory requirements and industry standards such as ITIL, SANS, NIST, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001/2.
• Sound understanding of third-party security management frameworks
• Good understanding of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and quantum computing
• Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical Thinking: Clear analytical thought process and a sound understanding of risk management frameworks.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CRISC would be advantageous.
