This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with business leaders, shape candidate experience, and leverage ATS, automation, and AI to build a scalable and future-ready TA function.
Candidate Experience First
Own the end-to-end candidate journey, ensuring it is smooth, communicative, and human
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during critical stages
Continuously gather feedback and improve the hiring experience
Ensure clean, accurate, and well-maintained candidate data within the ATS
Drive full-cycle recruiting across tech, product, sales, customer success, and corporate roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role expectations, hiring plans, and timelines
Run structured interview processes, calibration discussions, and offer closures
Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)—workflows, dashboards, reporting, and adoption
Drive usage and adoption of AI-powered and automation tools across sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate engagement
Identify gaps, friction points, and inefficiencies across the hiring lifecycle
Manage escalations, resolve hiring bottlenecks, and keep hiring moving
Track and improve TA and recruitment key metrics
Mentor and guide recruiters or manage vendors as required
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a SaaS / product / tech startup
Strong experience hiring across technical and non-technical roles
Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS platforms, and Assessment platforms
Proven exposure to TA automation, analytics, or AI-driven hiring initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
High ownership mindset with comfort in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Ability to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience
Experience scaling teams in a high-growth startup
Exposure to employer branding, referrals, or campus hiring
Experience building TA processes from scratch
