Drive top-of-funnel outbound lead generation via agency partnerships and direct outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn). Qualify prospects, book discovery meetings, document context in Salesforce, and iterate outreach and playbooks to increase pipeline contribution.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' warehousing needs, coordinate and align 3PL operations to client requirements, monitor daily operations to ensure SLAs and SOPs, maintain accurate records, drive customer satisfaction against contract KRAs, and communicate progress and issues to clients.

Lead discovery and development of multichannel fulfillment products (WMS, OMS, Store Management). Translate workflows and SOPs into scalable prototypes and API contracts, drive sprint planning and delivery, own PRDs and documentation, collaborate with engineering on architecture, present demos to stakeholders, and contribute to AI-enabled capabilities to simplify operational workflows.

Manage day-to-day accounting including AR/AP, reconciliations, sales invoicing, payment follow-ups, statutory returns (GST, TDS, PF), employee reimbursements, financial reporting, and audit support while implementing systems, policies, and procedures.

Own end-to-end recruiting across technical and non-technical functions, optimize candidate experience and ATS, deploy AI/automation for sourcing and screening, partner with hiring managers, mentor recruiters, resolve hiring bottlenecks, and track TA metrics to scale hiring.

Lead technical onboarding and integration of customer systems with Increff's platform, test and validate APIs, provide hypercare and production support, document processes, train customer teams, and improve automation and testing procedures for stable long-term integrations.

Support senior PMs to translate business requirements into PRDs, workflows, and prototypes. Write user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinate sprints, maintain documentation, participate in architecture discussions, and assist with demos and AI-feature requirements while learning enterprise retail planning systems.
