Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' warehousing needs, coordinate and align 3PL operations to client requirements, monitor daily operations to ensure SLAs and SOPs, maintain accurate records, drive customer satisfaction against contract KRAs, and communicate progress and issues to clients.

Owns the planning, design, development, delivery, quality, and production operation of high-throughput platform services. Writes and reviews code, creates technical designs, manages releases, troubleshoots live systems, improves reliability, and mentors 3–4 junior engineers. The role also requires system design, technical documentation, incident response, automation, and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.

Designs and operates cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes environments, observability, security controls, and self-service developer tooling. Improves reliability through capacity planning, load testing, incident response, and postmortems. Manages cloud costs, supports GitOps delivery, documents platform solutions, and participates in on-call rotations. Requires production experience with cloud platforms, containers, orchestration, automation, programming, distributed systems, monitoring, and policy enforcement.

Own revenue operations systems, CRM architecture, analytics, forecasting, automation, and AI-enabled workflows across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. Configure and govern Salesforce, build integrations and internal tools, establish pipeline and reporting standards, improve forecast accuracy, and translate ambiguous business needs into scalable GTM processes. Mentor other RevOps professionals and support leadership decision-making with reliable revenue intelligence.

Own regional qualified-opportunity quotas through outbound prospecting, account-based marketing, database building, multichannel campaigns, lead qualification, and Salesforce opportunity creation. Manage prospecting agencies, maintain CRM accuracy, nurture deferred leads, develop regional content, attend industry events, automate SDR workflows, and mentor junior representatives. The role requires selling B2B SaaS across multiple international geographies and applying BANT or MEDDIC qualification.

Develop and execute marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, social media initiatives, exhibitions, and promotional events. Conduct market research, surveys, and competitive analysis; write marketing copy; manage media vendor relationships; track campaign performance; prepare reports; and support budgeting and expense monitoring.

Implement Increff’s merchandising platform for fashion and retail clients, manage onboarding, implementation, support, and solutioning, and maintain senior stakeholder relationships. Coordinate with Product to resolve client issues, contribute industry expertise to platform enhancements, and conduct business reviews. Develop repeatable agentic or semi-agentic AI workflows, validate AI outputs for quality and security, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Manage day-to-day accounting including AR/AP, reconciliations, sales invoicing, payment follow-ups, statutory returns (GST, TDS, PF), employee reimbursements, financial reporting, and audit support while implementing systems, policies, and procedures.
