We are looking for an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Sourcer to play a pivotal role on the Talent Acquisition Team by developing innovative strategies to proactively identify and attract passive top-level talent. This position involves close collaboration with key executives, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition Partners to deeply understand business needs to build comprehensive sourcing strategies, market insights, and talent pools. The Lead Talent Acquisition Sourcer will find difficult to find experts in AI, Machine Learning, Product Management, and Life Sciences. You will work above the recruiting funnel engaging and activating passive candidates using advanced search techniques. They will manage an efficient search process and provide strategic insights to improve recruitment outcomes. Exceptional project management and communication skills are essential, along with a deep knowledge of market trends, competitor intelligence, and talent availability. The role also emphasizes a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture within the team.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience

7 years of sourcing or recruiting experience

3 years of experience sourcing for AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Product Management and/or Life Sciences candidates

Demonstrated ability to influence successfully and achieve goals by partnering across a matrix of business leaders, TA Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, as well as external partners

Demonstrated ability to effectively create and execute strategic sourcing strategies and align them to business objectives

What will you be doing in this role?

Evaluate and enhance our strategic sourcing strategies, drive innovation, including comprehensive talent mapping, to cultivate robust talent pools for future hiring needs

Assume a pivotal role as a thought leader in talent sourcing, maintaining deep expertise in best practices, emerging trends, and competitive intelligence that support strategic sourcing

Drive a high-touch and proactive approach to strategic sourcing partnerships

Provide top of funnel support by identifying, sourcing, and screening candidates for that align with current or future talent needs of the organization

Create different/new ways to build talent pools and execute on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns

Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to deeply understand talent needs, team functions, and how they fit into the broader company

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and help drive business outcomes through talent attraction

Represent the Employer Value Proposition to activate passive candidates into our hiring process by building excitement for the opportunities at Clarivate

Identify and engage passive candidates using a variety of platforms and techniques

Leverage existing tools to manage talent pools, primarily Workday and Phenom

You assess your own work, identify what's working and what's not, and bring improvement ideas to the table

The Talent Acquisition Team consists of recruiting experts who strategically partner with hiring leaders seeking new colleagues to join their teams. We are a collaborative team of over 50 across the globe identifying top talent to join Clarivate’s mission of advancing the success of people and organizations through transformative intelligence and trusted partnership.
Compensation
The entry salary for this role is $120,000 USD per year. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors. This role is eligible for (incentive or bonus) earnings.
