Overview:
We are looking for Lead Developer to be part of our Devlopment team based out of Bangalore.
Responsibilities:

Contribute to overall product and team success
-
Work closely with product management and customer support
-
Propose and provide fixes to customer issues
-
Troubleshoot complex customer issues and design issues
-
Would be required to take product calls and discuss the issues with customer and customer support
-
Mentor the team members to troubleshoot the issues
Requirements:
-
Any Graduate or Postgraduate
-
10+ years of development experience.
-
Hands on programming and problem solving and good with troubleshooting/debugging the code and provide solutions. Very Strong problem-solving skills.
-
Must have good understanding of C#, MVC and Multithreaded Programming Concepts.

Experience in ASP.net MVC, window services, multithreaded programming, troubleshooting
-
Extremely good with debugging and troubleshooting skill
-
Ability to quickly adapt to the changes and new product requirements
-
Hands on experience on multi core and multi-threaded system/products
-
Good knowledge of C#, .net framework, ASP.net MVC, OOPs concepts, multithreaded programming concepts, design pattern
-
.net framework, C#, MVC, WCF, Web Services or REST API
-
Basic understanding of SQL (Microsoft SQL or MySQL or Oracle), Socket programming
Additional Skills (Advantageous):
-
Good to have: C++, TCP/IP, SIP, tools: winDbg
-
Domain experience: Preferred Telecom/Contact center
