We are seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Software Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. We are Ericsson BNEW SAN Tools NRO (Network Rollout) unit!
SAN Tools greatly supplies to the development and deployment support of SA Networks global portfolio. We are key player towards implementing efficient and effective service portfolio owned by SAN organization globally.
Network Rollout is a critical part of telecom service delivery flow. We develop automated solutions for network rollout, therefore supporting the Ericsson BNEW SAN Tools strategy for automation and simplification. Our mission is to be key enabler for Ericsson's Networks Service business by designing and delivering SAN NRO Portfolio Strategy.

In BNEW SAN Tools NRO unit we are seeking for software developers to supply to our development effort, building the software tools for automation!
What you will do:
- Design, build and test software solution, aiming high quality standards
- Translating business and technical requirements into user stories
- Maximizing the value delivered by the team, removing impediments
- Facilitate team agile ceremonies (Iteration Planning, backlog refinement)
- Collaborate with other Scrum teams in the area to deal with dependencies
- Represents the team on external forums (system demos, ART level retrospectives, ART sync and release planning meetings)
The skills you bring:
- BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
- Experience working with Node.js, React, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript
- Experience in mobile first application development
- Proven working experience in a Technical Leadership role (Team Leader / Business Analyst)
- Software Development Lifecycle knowledge
- Working experience in Scrum / SaFe
- Working experience with JIRA
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English knowledge is a must
It is an advantage if you have:
- Good understanding of the Network Rollout process and tool portfolio
- Mobile UX Design Experience
- Performance optimization of cross platform mobile applications
- Practice using GenAI tools
- Good understanding of public cloud services
