We’re looking for a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to drive the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with managers, architects, and engineers, lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor team members, and shape best practices in automation, quality, and cloud operations.

A Day in the Life of the Lead Site Reliability Engineer:

  • Lead reliability, disaster recovery, and incident response initiatives, including testing, planning, and communication.
  • Define and drive SLO programs, embedding reliability into development and ensuring effective monitoring.
  • Oversee capacity planning, performance optimization, and cloud infrastructure monitoring.
  • Drive automation of complex processes and lead the development of self-service tools.
  • Coordinate cross-team collaboration during incidents and releases, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
  • Apply security best practices, lead cloud security efforts, and support critical incident response.
  • Guide SRE and DevOps teams in technical solution design, coding standards, and resolving complex challenges.
  • Support AI platform development by contributing to agent framework design and infrastructure integration.
  • Lead improvements and standardization of the CI/CD ecosystem, including tools like GitHub Enterprise and JFrog Artifactory.
  • Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps practices, and cost optimization across multi-regional Kubernetes clusters.
  • Mentor team members, manage resource allocation, and oversee key SRE projects and budget planning.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, training, and continuous improvement across teams.

Required Qualifications - About you:

We are looking for candidates who possess the rare combination of the following achievements, skills, and behaviors.

  • 8+ years of experience in system administration and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java).
  • Strong knowledge of system administration, networking, and IT security.
  • Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm) and microservices architecture.
  • Experience designing and developing scalable APIs and implementing automated testing frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and driving knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • University degree in Computer Science or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent command of English.
