As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team you will work to lead recruiting projects & support initiatives to drive our international & US based recruiting process forward for Classy & GoFundMe.  As a Lead on the team you will also need to actively recruit on a variety of technical & non-technical roles full-cycle while ensuring tracking & reporting is up to date. 

This is a hybrid role that will report into the Director of Talent Acquisition at both GoFundMe & Classy. This role is a contract position. 

The Job…

  • Full-cycle recruiting working on a variety of non-technical, technical, and data roles. Ability to flex where needed to recruit is essential. 
  • Ability  to work on international based roles & be able to understand the cultural norms and differences to be successful in hiring. 
  •  partner closely & build strong relationships with hiring managers and hit or exceed  hiring goals 
  • Successfully lead programs & projects that continue to develop, combine & simplify our recruiting processes.  Find ways to be more efficient and effective while leading a project is key. 
  • Partner and collaborate with the rest of the talent acquisition team, any external partners, and surrounding departments to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Build a strong diverse candidate pool and have experience recruiting on specialized diversity initiatives.
  • Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques.  Knowledge of Seekout or a similar tool is a plus. 
  • Consistently lead, maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Hiring Managers and Recruiters. 
  • Report out on sourcing & screening metrics, industry findings, etc.  Having a data driven mindset is a big plus. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but not a must have) 
  • 3 + years of successful  leadership experience in the recruiting industry
  • 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience  
  • International recruiting experience in a competitive tech industry  
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, engage and close candidates with a variety of experience and skills with ease (including leadership positions)
  • A team member who is innovative, compassionate and constantly looking for new ways to find top talent and reach underrepresented communities.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, lead and have an appetite to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the recruiting process.
  • Develops and implements functional team programs or policies
  • Sets own goals within team goals
  • Works independently, with guidance only in complex situations
  • Strong project management & coaching skills
  • Successful track record of filling positions in a high growth environment, and have the data to prove it
  • Ability to interface and guide hiring managers at any level.
  • An understanding of (and ability to run) search and placement metrics to continually improve the recruiting process
  • Ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proactive and accountable attitude is a must!
  • Experience using an ATS system (Greenhouse preferred), reporting tool, and sourcing tools.

The hourly pay rate for this contract position is: $66.35- $90 per hour. Due to this being a contract position, this individual will not receive benefits or equity.   As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific hourly range based on your location during the hiring process.
