As Talent Acquisition Manager and Lead Recruiter, you will act as trusted advisor to the Technology and Finance business. You will build recruitment strategy based on your experience and knowledge of the market. You will lead, coach and develop a team of highly skilled recruiters. You will partner with Head of Talent Acquisition in numerous improvement projects to bring our function to the next level. You will be part of a team that is passionate about recruitment and supports one another in achieving great results while enjoying the work we do.


Responsibilities:

  • Team management of highly skilled Recruiters and/ or Supervisors with the goal to unlock team potential, led by example, and foster great working atmosphere.
  • Act as a business advisor and build/maintain close relationship with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Create hiring strategies for critical roles and initiatives in Krakow
  • Responsibility for hiring for most impactful, critical, and executive roles in the organization.
  • Impact with data, tell the story, apply an analytical approach to recruitment data and provide recommendations based on it
  • Be part of the leader’s/ manager’s community and work closely with Head of Talent Acquisition on critical office-wide and/or global projects
  • Developing and leading Diversity and inclusion priorities and implementing initiatives that increase diverse representation contributing to Diversity goals
  • Ensure close collaboration with key HR colleagues including Human Resources Business Partners, Talent and Development, Compensation and HRDirect to support service delivery excellence across the Talent agenda
  • Manage existing and new outsource vendors, agencies, search firms and other third-party relationships (e.g. job boards) to achieve maximum value and reduce costs
  • Contribute to the growth of the team and introduce local/global improvement initiatives

  • Passion and knowledge of recruitment
  • Managerial experience is a strong asset
  • Good understanding of local employment market
  • Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully negotiate and influence at the highest levels of the organization
  • Ability to think strategically, independently, and creatively, and take ownership of critical issues. 
  • Strong organizational agility - able to adapt to ambiguous situations and make solid decisions with limited information
  • Ability to work well independently and in a high performing and dispersed team
