Sprout Social is looking to hire a Senior Technical Recruiter to the Recruitment Team. This is a full-time, fixed-term (6 months) contract position

What you’ll do

  • You will find the best talent in the market by using your established network, industry and market knowledge,  and a community-driven approach to engage technical talent
  • Sourcing is a major part of our hiring strategy, so you’ll leverage your sourcing capabilities to seek out, engage, and nurture relationships with top technical talent
  • You’ll establish strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their team’s goals and objectives, advise them on how to assess technical talent, and partner together through the entire recruiting lifecycle

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for an experienced tech recruiting practitioner to build world-class engineering and product teams with us. If you love making connections with people and are looking to use your technical recruiting skills to make an impact with a best in class team, we’d love to talk to you!

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  • 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting or sourcing experience 
  • Professional proficiency in English and Polish (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work out of our Kraków office a minimum of three days per week

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

  • Technical recruiting experience for back-end and engineering leadership roles for a software company
  • Experience with our recruiting tech stack, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HireEZ

How you’ll grow

Within 1 month, you’ll plant your roots, including:

  • Experience Sprout’s in-depth onboarding, covering everything from our company mission and values, hearing directly from executives and founders, to deep training on our products and the value that Sprout delivers to our customers.
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand roles and their talent needs.
  • Conduct initial 1:1s with hiring managers and other strategic partners throughout the company to identify what a successful relationship looks like and how you will work together.
  • Dive into sourcing to seek out, engage, and nurture relationships with diverse top talent. You’ll be in the driver’s seat to make sure our technical teams are considering and hiring candidates from a variety of backgrounds, education levels, and experience levels. 
  • Immerse yourself in learning about the culture, products, and teams of Sprout to creatively market our award winning culture to prospects and candidates.

Within 2 months, you’ll start hitting your stride by:

  • Manage your own candidate pipeline and take ownership of active candidates. You’ll partner with our recruiting team to learn our interview processes, ideal candidate profiles, and how to manage your own workflow.
  • Drive decisions/action within hiring teams and close top talent with your hiring manager partners and teams.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment leadership to create a recruitment strategy for your assigned Technology roles and project manage its success. 
  • Meet weekly with your hiring managers to understand wins, gaps, and highest priority roles. Provide metrics and conversion rate updates to help carry out improvements and iterations.  
  • Leverage our recruiting tools, sourcing strategies, and our referral program to add to your growing pipeline. 
  • Be close to closing your first candidate whom you have brought full-cycle through the recruiting process.

Within 3 months, you’ll be making a clear impact through:

  • Be seen as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and the hiring managers you support through your own successful placements and execution of process improvements.
  • Use data and your own expertise to identify inefficiencies and innovate / improve your process and pipeline.
  • Partner with Recruitment leadership to identify a plan for marketing and community engagement in Poland to drive more applicants and interest to your inbound pipeline and sourcing efforts.

The base pay for this role is 12,953 PLN monthly. Individual base pay is based on various factors, including work location, relevant experience and skills, the responsibility of the role, and job duties/requirements.
