As our Lead QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and quality of these mission-driven solutions. You’ll join the product development team that builds and optimizes our flagship platform—enterprise-grade technology powering some of the world’s leading financial institutions. We solve complex engineering challenges through smart, scalable design, and you will be central in embedding quality at every stage of development.
In this role, you will own product quality end-to-end: designing and driving a robust testing framework, enabling our Scrum teams to deliver stable, high-performing releases, and making sure that every customer can rely on Vyntra’s solutions to protect them against financial crime.
What you’ll do
Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Define and implement an integrated testing strategy covering multiple, complex product components
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and platform engineering to ensure smooth, high-quality releases
Champion test automation and CI/CD integration for faster, safer delivery
Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve test coverage and defect detection
What you bring
Proven experience leading QA teams in a product development environment
Strong background in designing testing strategies for complex, integrated systems
Solid technical and testing expertise, ideally including:
Java (required)
Selenium (plus)
API testing (plus)
Elastic, MQ, or Kafka (plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset
Product-minded, with an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in distributed, international teams
