Lead the technical sales process for enterprise fraud and financial crime opportunities across Europe. Responsibilities include discovery, demonstrations, customer workshops, proof-of-concept design, solution architecture, technical validation, documentation, and presales-to-implementation handover. The role engages banking and financial institution stakeholders, maintains demo environments, collaborates with Product and R&D, improves presales processes, and shares customer and market insights.

Own quality engineering across web, API, and integration layers for complex transactional systems. Build and maintain Java-based automation frameworks, develop API and integration tests, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and combine automation with exploratory testing. Investigate defects, validate databases, improve QA tooling and processes, and collaborate closely with developers and Product Managers in an international Agile team.

Own relationships with international banking customers, driving satisfaction, product adoption, retention, and account growth. Develop success plans, lead business reviews, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and coordinate Product, Professional Services, and Support teams. The role requires payments-domain knowledge, enterprise customer relationship experience, commercial awareness, and the ability to engage business, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

Lead client discovery and translate fraud typologies into functional specifications. Scope and shape tailored fraud detection solutions, work with technical and data science teams, run QA, configure rules/scenarios, analyze data, manage stakeholders, and support pre-sales while monitoring APAC fraud and AML regulatory developments.

Design, develop and maintain automated tests for web, API and integration scenarios. Validate releases, investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, integrate tests into CI/CD, and improve QA frameworks and processes while working embedded in Agile squads.
