Behind the user-friendly iOS and Android apps and webpage that work across the world is the engineering team. We are in charge of creating, developing, improving, and maintaining all Fever services so that more people can have an amazing experience.
About the roleAs a Lead Project Manager, you will lead and scale our Project Management function, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic technical initiatives while mentoring and developing a team of Digital Project Managers.
You will work at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Business and Operations, driving delivery excellence across multiple concurrent projects. Beyond leading complex initiatives yourself, you will establish best practices, improve delivery processes, coach Project Managers and provide visibility to senior leadership.
This role requires a strong combination of technical understanding, leadership, stakeholder management and operational excellence.
What you'll doTeam Leadership- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Digital Project Managers.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and career development conversations.
- Support hiring, onboarding and coaching of new team members.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Act as the escalation point for complex delivery challenges.
- Lead high-impact technical and digital projects from inception to successful delivery.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies and risks.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with high quality.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product, Design, Data and Business teams.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing project portfolios and resource planning.

- Fluent English.
