About this role
Join us as a Lead Program Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping transformative programs in our New Verticals pillar that accelerate our long-term growth.
The Lead Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to delivering our Grocery and Retail business strategy (initiatives will evolve in line with business priorities). This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence - bringing structure to ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring programs and projects are delivered on time and with measurable outcomes.
These are some of the key components to the position:
- Generate innovative ideas to solve commercial and technical problems, resolving issues (strategic, operational, technical) proactively and with autonomy
- Enable decision-making through data-driven insights and clear communication
- Drive end-to-end planning, execution, delivery and adoption of complex transformation programs
- Lead cross-functional teams (product, logistics, customer service, marketing, finance, markets) and influence at all levels to drive collaboration, speed, accountability and impact
- Track and report progress against milestones, budgets and KPIs to senior leadership
What will you bring to the team?
- Broad experience in strategy, consulting, FMCG or retail (ideally in a global setting)
- Proven ability to anticipate commercial and technical challenges, solve problems creatively, and remove roadblocks
- Comfortable operating across strategic, analytical and execution levelsHigh energy, autonomous and resilient - a "get it done" mindset in a high-performing team
- Commercially savvy with strong influencing skills and the ability to craft clear narratives
- Skilled at building relationships and managing stakeholders across departments and seniority levels
- Data-driven with a root-cause mindset, using evidence to make decisions and surface insights
