- Lead engineering support for manufacturing operations to ensure on-time delivery and product quality
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues and field feedback
- Partner with design engineering to resolve manufacturability and technical challenges
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and smooth product transfer into manufacturing
- Own and drive continuous improvement initiatives on yield, cost, quality, and cycle time
- Collaborate with sourcing and suppliers to resolve technical and quality issues
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with design intent and regulatory requirements
- Support change management processes including ECO implementation and validation activities
- Influence cross-functional teams to implement engineering and quality improvements
- Monitor key production metrics and deliver improvements to customer-focused KPIs
