Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering support for manufacturing operations to ensure on-time delivery and product quality
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues and field feedback
  • Partner with design engineering to resolve manufacturability and technical challenges
  • Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and smooth product transfer into manufacturing
  • Own and drive continuous improvement initiatives on yield, cost, quality, and cycle time
  • Collaborate with sourcing and suppliers to resolve technical and quality issues
  • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with design intent and regulatory requirements
  • Support change management processes including ECO implementation and validation activities
  • Influence cross-functional teams to implement engineering and quality improvements
  • Monitor key production metrics and deliver improvements to customer-focused KPIs
