In the Demo Platform team we help people be heroes, which also makes us heroes! We develop the platform and capabilities that presales across the whole IFS eco system use to demonstrate the value of IFS Cloud to customers. Joining our team is a unique opportunity to get exposure to the selling side of IFS, whilst still being part of a great RnD organization with ample career opportunities. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven individual who is committed to delivering an excellent product all the while challenging the status quo to bridge the gap between business and technology. Business value, usability and solution consistency are key aspects of your work.

As a product specialist you will be the knowledge hub that understands the realities of our customers (presales) and translate that to user stories, some of which you develop yourself in a low-code environment. You enable and support others and contribute to the user and customer validation of what we build. If you are someone who enjoy working with different stakeholders, you will appreciate that we work across all IFS’s solutions and focused industries. You will be collaborating with other groups in RnD (application teams as well as platform/experience teams).

To be effective in job you need to be a good communicator, be a fast study (we work across all solution areas, remember), already know or quickly learn the business stuff—you can’t work with the demo platform unless you on some level understand what we’re trying to sell. You also need to have that drive for excellence, to always do better for our users.

• University degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry
• Previous experience of IFS Cloud, IFS Applications or other ERP applications is a plus
• Ability to work with low-code and/or simple scripting/macro languages
• The ability to efficiently engage with requirement owners and other stakeholders while contributing to activities related to product / program management
• The ability to work in distributed Global team set up
• Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability of applying expertise & technology to achieve work objectives
• Effective teamwork, and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical personnel
• Experience in Functional design skills
• Experience in UX design skills
