The Role

Provider Network Management (PNM) is how payers and dental service organizations build, maintain, and monitor their networks of dentists and specialists. It covers credentialing, recredentialing, ongoing monitoring, provider enrollment, directory accuracy, and network adequacy. Today it is slow, expensive, and heavily manual. A single payer application can take 1-2 hours to complete, and teams spend their days pulling data from state boards, federal databases, and provider documents.

As Lead PM for PNM, you’ll own this 0-1 product area end to end: problem definition, strategy, prioritization, and execution. You’ll work on complex, data-heavy workflows where AI can take over primary source verification, application prep, roster management, and monitoring. You’ll balance speed, quality, and competing priorities while shipping continuously in a live enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Overjet’s Provider Network Management product, spanning provider data, credentialing, enrollment, network adequacy, and payer-provider workflows

• Define how agentic workflows automate high-effort PNM tasks, such as primary source verification, payer application completion, continuous monitoring, and directory validation

• Work directly with payers and DSOs to understand their workflows, including delegated and non-delegated credentialing, roster submissions, and NCQA and state compliance requirements, and translate them into clear requirements and roadmaps

• Drive prioritization across multiple workstreams, balancing near-term customer delivery with longer-term platform scalability

• Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and ML to deliver technically sound, production-ready solutions on top of Overjet’s agentic primitives

• Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to make sure product decisions reflect real customer usage and business needs

• Define success metrics and monitor product performance, then iterate based on data, customer feedback, and operational impact

• Act as a subject matter expert on the PNM landscape, including regulatory changes, competitors, and emerging opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or data-driven products

• Proven ability to own and scale complex product areas in fast-moving environments

• Strong experience working closely with engineering teams on backend- or data-heavy systems

• Ability to make sound tradeoffs and move quickly without losing focus on outcomes

• Comfort working directly with enterprise customers, from discovery through rollout

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, mission-focused environment

Nice to have

• Experience in provider network management, credentialing, provider data, enrollment, or payer operations

• Background in healthtech, dental, or insurance, especially in regulated or compliance-heavy workflows

• Experience building or shipping AI- or agent-based products

• Familiarity with credentialing standards and data sources (NCQA, NPPES, NPDB, state licensing boards, CVOs)

Our Hybrid Workplace

We have a unique hybrid workplace at Overjet — which combines the teamwork of meeting in person, with the flexibility of working from anywhere.

Many of our positions are based in San Mateo, New York City, Boston, Salt Lake City, and Lahore. The Jetsetters who live in these “geo-hubs” come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, while having the option to work from home the rest of the week.
