Job Summary:
The Lead Product Manager - Product Administrator will be responsible for accelerating go-to-market activities across the broader Product Management team. This highly visible function will help accelerate product launches into market through various support initiatives as well as other direct revenue streams including evaluation of Individual Case Basis Sales ( aka ICB Sales ). The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Project Management and Process Management processes, Data Analytics, KPIs, and understanding of tools such as Excel, Power-BI, PowerPoint to help deliver presentation, and or reporting capabilities to the Product Team and mid-level leaders across the business. The successful candidate will be involved in analyzing data, including producing business cases or making decisions based on data points.
Technical Skill Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Ability to define business cases that drive specific business outcomes.
  • Ability to define repeatable processes to help accelerate the business for faster execution.
  • Experience managing multiple projects through a defined process.
  • Possess a solid understanding of KPIs, financial drivers and cost, margin models, and how to represent these to the business.
  • understanding of modelling tools such as (Power-Bi, Domo) and how to represent data through dashboards, reporting.
  • Strong skills around Excel, PowerPoint are critical to this role, as representing data through presentations, or modelling data is a requirement.
  • Responsible for Change Management of Product Catalog, for new / existing parts through Product Administration tool.
  • Drive special projects including but not limited to decommissioning of services, and program changes for services.


Duties and Responsibilities: (Essential Duties include but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for owning and driving a business process around individual case basis sales, including all meetings, approvals and notifications.
  • Responsible management and updates of New / Existing Product Parts, including communication plan for parts to business (including Marketing, SEs and Sales) teams.
  • Work with Product Managers on custom data driven projects, to help drive KPIs that assist with and help accelerate go to market deliverables for specific solutions.
  • Own prioritization for deliverables including project and ICB efforts.
  • Provides support for QBRs as needed including collection of KPIs
  • Provides support for decommissioning projects from a Product lens


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.
Educational & Skills Requirements:

  • A BA/BS with 6+ years of experience in a related field
    • OR a MS and 4+ years of experience,
    • OR a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience,
    • OR 10+ years of experience in a related field without a degree.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and editorial abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Require limited supervision and direction. Drive results and set priorities independently.
  • Flexible work hours.


Needed Attributes:

  • A proven level of experience working with multiple projects to tight deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate working with Datasets providing reports, presentations across different use cases.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working within projects.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, internet, and Microsoft Office suite of applications.


Inter-Relationships:
Ability to work within a cooperative team environment as well as perform assignments autonomously. This position will require working with several departments and different personalities.

Fast paced, positive, high energy environment. Can have high levels of stress due to deadlines and necessity of quick response times.
USD 106,700.00 - 177,900.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $106,700.00 - $177,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
