About the position:
Arcus is seeking a Product Manager (PM) who ranks in the top quartile among their peers. Someone that can be responsible for Arcus vision on a set of specific products, including processes, and product operations.
You will be joining a growing team of product managers and product UX designers reporting directly to the VP of Product and Engineering.
You will be responsible for Arcus Bill Payment platform. We are envisioning a best-in-class bill payment platform that will facilitate a full payment experience to our clients. From the overall integration frameworks to the service, either payers or payees, reporting, analytics, and platform consumption.
In this role you will:
- Own the Bill Payment platform that Arcus has developed.
- Design, Develop and maintain the product roadmap of the platform.
- Develop best-in-class product management processes.
- Define product strategy and roadmap by incorporating feedback from both Client and Internal teams
- Deliver a clear vision and requirement documentation, with feature prioritization and justification.
- Identify and prioritize product needs.
- Work with our Data and Engineering Teams to prioritize design and specs.
- Own the QA of Product/Feature Releases.
- Own the competitive analysis and industry trends - use it to educate the Team on a regular basis.
- Own the communication strategy of Product Marketing and their product/feature releases.
Who are we looking:
- 3/5+ years' direct product building experience with a SaaS/B2B organization and a demonstrated passion for financial technology.
- 3/5+ years of experience with bill payment processes.
- 3/5+ years designing integration experiences with the base of RESTful APIs.
- You are self-driven, data-driven and have a lot of grit.
- You have demonstrated success in creating product requirements and specifications.
- Managed Financial products from inception to launch.
- You have experience owning a product roadmap, with backlog prioritization.
Nice To have:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math or Engineering
Have experience with payments
Experience dealing with customers, regulators and central banks
Effectively communicate in English (both verbal and written)
