Lead, Planning Process Excellence

The Role: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced supply chain professional to join our Planning Center of Excellence team. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, have experience working in a global environment, ensure best practices, and enhance overall planning efficiency.   

What You’ll Do: 

• Provide project and initiative support for Production and Distribution Planning teams across Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia, including active involvement in initiatives aligned with the company’s Digital Roadmap. 

• Lead and support the enhancement, implementation, and ongoing optimization of planning systems, including SAP, ERP, MRP, and IBP. 

• Maintain and continuously improve the global standard playbook for Production and Distribution Planning processes. 

• Define, document, and standardize master data governance rules for Production and Distribution Planning to ensure data consistency and integrity. 

• Develop, enhance, and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve Production and Distribution Planning effectiveness. 

• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) team members to conduct end‑to‑end supply chain risk assessments and drive corrective and preventive actions. 

What We Seek: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 8 years experience inventory planning & control, production planning, and scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment  

• Strong background in SAP particularly PP required  

• Experience in IBP Demand, RCCP, and Order Based Planning 

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving process improvements. 

• Ability to build influence, roll out best practices, and challenge decisions as needed in a way that will benefit the organization and mitigate risk 

• Experience with working in a global environment. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Proficiency in planning software and tools.
