The Lead Operations, Integrated Solutions PMO will be responsible for enabling scalable, efficient, and standardized project execution across the Integrated Solutions PMO. This role provides overarching leadership of PMO tools, processes, and ways of working—owning key areas such as SOPs, training program, communication, and governance, while enabling alignment across portfolio management (Clarity), project toolkit (schedule, risk register, issue tracker, etc.), labor tracking, etc.

By partnering with system and functional owners, this individual ensures consistency, integration, and adoption across the PMO landscape, driving continuous improvement to strengthen project delivery, standardize execution practices, and increase operational efficiency.

This role is part of the global Integrated Solutions business and reports to the Senior Manager, Integrated Solutions PMO. This will be an on-site role, based in Krakow, Poland.

What you will do:

  • Own and govern core PMO processes, tools, and communications, including SOPs, work instructions, training programs, departmental updates, department site (SharePoint), ensuring consistency, accessibility, and adoption across global teams
  • Enable and align the PMO tool landscape, partnering with system and tool owners (e.g., Clarity, toolkit, time tracking) to standardize data, processes, and ways of working across the project lifecycle
  • Establish and drive standardized project execution practices while identifying and implementing tools and systems that improve team effectiveness and efficiency, supporting planning, scheduling, resource tracking, reporting, and customer delivery
  • Lead PMO performance management and insights, working with the team to develop, track, and communicate KPIs, dashboards, and performance measures that improve visibility and decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement and PMO capability development, identifying efficiency opportunities, enhancing data quality, implementing best practices globally, and advancing overall PMO maturity

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (BA/MBA), Operations, Engineering/Project Management, or related operational disciplines
  • Prefer 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level project management, PMO operations, or complex program portfolios within a regulated or industrial environment
  • Demonstrated experience applying Danaher Business System (DBS) methodologies including Kaizen, Daily Management, Policy Deployment, PSP, and Visual Project Management
  • Experience with system and process optimization initiatives across project delivery tools and systems
  • Ability to influence across matrixed organizations and communicate effectively with senior and executive leadership

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Life sciences, bioprocessing, biotechnology, or capital project environments, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and templates
  • Supporting global, and cross-functional teams, with the ability to influence, motivate, and work effectively across diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to clearly evaluate information, support actionable strategies, and operate as a proactive, results-driven individual contributor

Skills Required
