Build the networks the frontier of AI trains on. Fabrics for 100k+ accelerator clusters, backbones between gigawatt campuses, and every network in between.
Run 10s to 100s of GWs of networks as one machine. Training fabrics for 100k+ accelerators, backbone, corp, and BMS/EPMS, one architecture across gigawatt campuses.
Deliver a full site network in days, not quarters. Designs generated from source-of-truth models, devices turned up by ZTP, every link validated by machine. At this scale, manual is an outage.
Own external connectivity: carriers, dark fiber, internet exchanges, and cloud interconnects across the fleet.
Plan backbone capacity between sites years ahead of the traffic that will fill it.
Negotiate technical terms with carriers and fiber providers alongside sourcing.
Own the connectivity roadmap: diversity, latency, and cost engineered deliberately.

Skills Required
- 7+ years experience in network capacity planning, carrier relations, circuit procurement, or WAN strategy
- Established relationships with major fiber and transport providers and experience negotiating carrier contracts
- Strong working knowledge of outside plant and fiber infrastructure (conduit, splice points, entrance facilities, route diversity)
- Experience managing fiber construction projects (permitting, right-of-way, trenching, aerial/lateral builds)
- Ability to evaluate POP placement, carrier diversity, topology design, and model capacity vs. cost trade-offs
- Commercial negotiation skills: review MSAs, negotiate SLAs/pricing, run RFPs, evaluate TCO and IRUs
- Project management discipline to track concurrent circuit orders, construction projects, and vendor accountability
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with network engineering, datacenter ops, ICT/OSP, real estate, and finance
- Experience at hyperscale, telco, or large cloud/AI infrastructure companies
- Direct datacenter site selection experience and familiarity with GIS/fiber mapping platforms
- Peering, IX participation, and interconnection economics experience; familiarity with PeeringDB and BGP practices
- WAN/backbone design background, including DWDM and optical transport familiarity
- Knowledge of permitting, right-of-way, pole attachments, and regulatory factors affecting fiber construction
- Startup experience and ability to operate in high-growth, ambiguous environments
