Serves as the senior technical authority for operational networks across hyperscale AI data centers. Leads site assessments, audits, network readiness, high-risk production changes, MOPs, and fleet-wide root cause analyses. Reviews network designs from an operational perspective, manages OEM and service-provider standards, and coordinates across network engineering, compute operations, facilities, supply chain, and customer teams. Requires extensive mission-critical network operations experience, IP and optical networking expertise, routing protocol knowledge, and 50–75% travel.

Structure, draft, and negotiate energy agreements supporting data center expansion, including power purchase, interconnection, transmission, generation, and utility infrastructure agreements. Advise on FERC, state utility commission, and organized-market regulations; lead complex transactions; manage outside counsel; coordinate cross-functional deal teams; and provide commercially pragmatic legal guidance to executives and business leaders.

Lead the supplier quality engineering team, manage supplier quality processes, develop KPI metrics, and enforce quality standards for manufacturing and infrastructure.

Counsel will lead the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements supporting data center development, including supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and technology transactions. The role manages sophisticated negotiations, oversees outside counsel, coordinates transactions across internal teams, and advises business leaders on legal and commercial risks. Candidates must hold an active law license and demonstrate strong judgment, communication, and experience handling high-stakes agreements.

Design and build end-to-end software primitives for AI infrastructure: domain modeling of power/datacenters/chips, authorization, audit, orchestration, vendor data ingestion (KMZ/BIM/Revit), and agent integration to enable safe, auditable agent operators. Ship production-quality systems and work across ambiguity to turn unstructured data into durable, composable entities.

Lead technical authority for building and equipment-level controls across a fleet of data centers. Own BMS/EPMS/PLC change control, site audits, commissioning handovers, high-risk MOP/EOP/AOP authoring, RCAs, and remediation. Standardize controls, feed operational learnings into design, and travel extensively for field execution and site readiness.

Lead and scale operations teams across multiple datacenter facilities. Ensure 24x7 operations meet SLAs through team management, incident management, and process improvements.

Build and maintain foundational infrastructure platforms (CMDB, DCIM, asset lifecycle, monitoring, observability, automation). Deliver self-service tooling, workflow orchestration, integrations, and scalable, reliable systems while partnering with operations, security, and product teams. Drive technical direction, CI/CD, IaC, and production readiness for fleet-scale data center infrastructure.

Lead detection engineering end-to-end: threat modeling, detection-as-code, deployment, tuning, and retirement. Build and maintain SIEM/EDR pipelines, run threat hunts, automate triage, and lead incident response with root-cause writeups tied to durable detections.

Own and maintain complete, costed BOMs for modular designs from concept through release. Build fast, accurate estimating tools, reconcile BOMs across CAD and ERP, automate takeoffs and rollups, and provide procurement and finance with orderable quantities and costs.

Own and operate the document control system for datacenter design and construction: manage drawings, specs, submittals and revisions; enforce naming/versioning/approval workflows; maintain audit trails; coordinate document flow between design firms, EPCs, vendors and internal teams to ensure sites are built to the approved baseline.

Lead technical direction for compute qualification, own hardest hardware qualifications (first silicon, new platforms), build test automation and data pipelines, perform root-cause failure analysis, mentor engineers, and represent the lab to vendors and fleet stakeholders.

Architect the solid-state transformer platform for gigawatt-scale AI data centers. Select converter topologies and semiconductor strategies, lead power electronics, magnetics, and controls engineers through hardware development, define MVDC system interfaces, create prototype roadmaps, evaluate build-versus-partner options, and develop vendor, laboratory, and university partnerships. Own technical trade-offs involving efficiency, redundancy, manufacturability, device availability, and MW-scale system integration.

Lead the architecture and validation of medium-voltage DC distribution systems for gigawatt-scale AI campuses. Own EMT modeling, fault and stability analysis, grounding, protection philosophy, safety cases, and technical interfaces with SST and facility electrical teams. Lead the DC Systems team, establish initial deliverables, guide vendor strategy for converters and DC components, and evaluate ecosystem and standards gaps.

Own hardware new product introduction programs from kickoff through rate production for racks, gear, or power conversion products. Manage schedules, stage gates, risks, dependencies, design changes, long-lead components, readiness reviews, and cross-functional decisions across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and delivery. The role requires technical judgment, disciplined escalation, and the ability to make difficult scope, schedule, and recovery decisions under significant schedule pressure.

Own the architecture and end-to-end product definition of 150kW-class liquid-cooled AI compute racks. Lead electrical, mechanical, thermal, and integration engineers; define power, cooling, interconnect, structural, weight, serviceability, and facility interfaces; conduct rigorous design reviews; and align rack roadmaps with accelerator vendors and data center architecture.

Lead end-to-end external connectivity strategy: manage carrier relationships, procure and track circuits, ensure diverse OSP fiber paths, coordinate fiber builds, plan backbone/POP placement, support peering/interconnection, and provide connectivity intelligence for datacenter site selection and capacity forecasting.

Own design, deployment, and operation of corporate and wireless networking across multi-site offices and data center-adjacent environments. Design Wi‑Fi for challenging RF environments, validate with surveys, run automation-first corporate network operations (config-as-code, zero-touch), onboard new sites, and ensure reliable remote access and campus LAN connectivity.

Run BIM production for data center sites, including federated model management, clash detection, version control, issue tracking, drawing extraction, prefab packages, and as-built updates. Coordinate consultant uploads, lead weekly clash cycles, verify resolutions, and produce field deliverables. The role requires fast, disciplined Revit and Navisworks production on large MEP-heavy projects. Experience with ACC, BIM 360, fabrication-level modeling, Dynamo, scripting, or point cloud workflows is beneficial.

Design, deliver, and evaluate facility safety training (new hire, refreshers, specialized certifications). Coach supervisors on observations and near-miss reporting, manage the LMS and compliance calendar, own training budget and vendors, mentor safety staff, and develop/report training KPIs to plant leadership to maintain OSHA/ADOSH compliance.
