  • Creating technical collateral, examples, guides and demos to support customer adoption
  • Developing a strong understanding of customer workloads, system behaviour and performance characteristics
  • Taking ownership of customer technical outcomes to ensure successful product adoption in key accounts

Required Skills and Experience :
  • Experience running, deploying or supporting workloads on cloud-based systems
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, containers, virtual machines, networking and storage concepts
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to reason from first principles and learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work directly with customers in a technical capacity, including discovery, demos, troubleshooting and solution design
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous customer environments where requirements may be incomplete or evolving
  • Ability to translate customer needs into practical technical recommendations
  • Strong ownership mindset and desire to drive customer success
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with engineering, product and commercial teams
  • Motivation, adaptability and a willingness to take on new technical challenges
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
  • Development experience in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, Go, Java, C++, Rust or similar
  • Practical experience using Linux command-line tools and debugging technical issues in complex systems

"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :
  • Previous experience as a Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Customer Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role
  • Experience with systems performance analysis, benchmarking, profiling or optimisation
  • Understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, storage or compute performance tradeoffs
  • Experience building demos, proof-of-concepts, reference implementations or customer-facing technical assets
  • Experience working with enterprise customers or strategic accounts
  • Experience contributing to software development projects or working closely with engineering teams
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, observability tools or DevOps workflows
